Kings Week 4 Fantasy Reaction
King: hello, loyal Islanders listening to us on a Sunday night. That's right. You just can't get enough. We're going to produce this thing on Sunday night and get it out to you Monday morning, which is a quick reaction to Sunday's games. Yeah, guys, it was, it was a lot going on. Some injuries guys coming back from injuries still guys with the, what the fuck, you know, we just, there's a lot out there, man.
We're just wanting to give you like a little bit of five minute tidbit, some stuff we're going to get you ready for this week, but you know, one of the headlines today I'm looking at is. You know, Justin Fields, DJ Moore, they had themselves some excellent fantasy days today in their loss. Don't know if that's going to keep going forward, but now it's something at least they can build on.
Uh, not really looking good for the team. The coaches just took a shit again, you know, just same old story again, Cincinnati taking his shit. Joe Burrow's not right. Again, another whopping four or five fantasy points for Big Sleepy Joe there. Tee Higgins goes down with some broken ribs. Just not doing good over there, man, and I just don't see him pulling out of this spiral this year.
But, you know, something to keep monitoring of. You know, and as Joe Burrow goes, the whole team goes, basically, in those type of fantasy setups. So something to keep an eye on, and we'll touch on this week. You know, chargers, man, they try to give every game away, you know, the Raiders, you know, hats off to a man.
They got smacked in the mouth and they just kept fighting and fighting back and swinging. And they had a rookie quarterback, Aiden O'Connell, you know, starting today and shout out to those rookie starters today. Aiden O'Connell, DTR, both got the starts, you know, both rookies, high end rookies, really good, smart guys, and it was tough for him.
Aiden O'Connell had a really rough first half, seemed to bounce back in the second half, and put him in a little position to sort of almost tie the game. And he threw a pick at the end of the game and the Chargers just narrowly escaped again with probably just losing another game. But, you know, in the loss, you know, the, the Raiders are now a team that's just like the question mark is there, like, are they just going to tank?
Are they going to let this kid play? Are they going to let him get better? Devontae Adams got a little banged up with a shoulder injury. Got to see forward what's going to happen this week. They're starting to take their toll over there. So I think the other part is that we got to monitor Justin Herbert on a pick that he threw he was getting blocked up and it seems like he got his hand caught in somebody's face mask.
It's his non throwing hand, but the rest of the game he had this big splint on the thing and he really couldn't use it. He was only operating out of the shotgun, so not really sure how it's going to transpire and they really didn't get into detail about the injury. He went unplayed after that, but like I said, he was pretty much doctored up, went in the first time with no glove, came out after that series, came back with a glove.
So we'll keep you guys posted this week on the Chargers quarterback, Anthony Richardson. Wow, this guy is just, he's a beast and today was his first game back after his concussion and he just lit it up again, you know, he gets rolling and he starts running and he starts throwing the ball and he's making plays.
And he's definitely a viable, you know, starting fantasy quarterback. And he had another big showing today. Curious to see what's going to happen in week five. Remember Jonathan Taylor's scheduled to come back there. So we'll keep you guys posted this week on that. We just want to make sure and get all the info before we throw anything out.
But hey, you know, the other thing I want to mention today and just, you know, these games, it's just, there was some weird games and games that didn't pan out, but I want to give a nod to the Arizona Cardinals.
And I just want to say, you know what, man, the Arizona Cardinals are playing everybody tough for supposedly supposed to be some dog shit team. They're coached up. They play hard. They're right there in the mix. They gave the Niners all they wanted until late in the game. So hats off to you, Arizona. Joshua Dobbs, you're doing good, brother.
You know, like I said, there was a couple rookies starting today. And, not that I want to, you know, do whatever else, but definitely I want to make sure you guys understand that we threw a lot of names out preseason. And I'm going to throw a couple of them out at you. One of them was Puka Nakua. And Pooka had another big stellar game today with a game winning walk off touchdown in overtime.
Another huge fantasy day. And we mentioned that guy back in before week one. So all these things, guys. Tank Dell, we mentioned him. He's been doing pretty good. Nico Collins was mentioned in week one. Bombo was so high on these guys because he was really high on CJ Stroud. CJ Stroud's another name that we mentioned, guys.
This guy's putting up fantasy numbers. So at some point they're going to have some pretty good games and, you know, it might be that opportunity to plug them in on a, on a bi week or something, but. Keep an eye on these guys and the one I want to pub is me. I basically called out Aiden O'Connell will be this year's Brock Purdy.
Well, he didn't win every game and he hasn't won every game. Brock Purdy is still undefeated even as of today. They want again. So but he's definitely going to he's going to do very well. And I think basically going forward depending on what happens with him in the next game. I don't think they're going to rush Jimmy G back from his concussion.
I think they're going to let him there and they're just going to let him stew. Maybe another week and see what the kid can do. Not really sure what kind of pressure is coming from the front office. So I think that'll dictate that, but you know, DTR is just filling in until the Sean Watson gets back and healthy and everything's good, you know, new Orleans had a decent game, but again, their quarterbacks hurt their backup probably would have been better served in there, but Alvin Alvin Camara came back, didn't really have some big stats, but he definitely was utilized a lot.
Welcome back Alvin Camara. The other thing we want to talk about, I'm probably going to close out with What's going on in New England, man? You know, everyone's dogging Mac Jones because he slugged somebody in the nuts last week or a couple weeks ago And he got fined from the NFL, but I tell you what man, they need something They need some kind of juice, some kind of spark, some kind of something from somebody because that team, that coaching staff is pathetic They've lost touch.
They don't get it. Belichick's done. You can tell that he just doesn't understand the game going forward He wants to continue doing what he does. He's probably going to be the awesome defensive guy, but offensively, he just doesn't get it. Mac Jones was pulled today and basically in the third quarter and Bailey's happy came in and, you know, didn't do much better, but definitely had some completions.
So, but is it Bailey's happy time? I'll tell you what time it should be. Should we change out Belichick time? That's going to be it for our Sunday reaction stuff from their fantasy island crew. I am RW King. We'll be getting at you tomorrow with some waiver wire pickups, get them in early guys. So be watching those downloads, hit the subscribe button.
So you don't miss anything for sweet tea. Bombo I'm RW King. We are out.
